Chris' dedication to providing only the highest quality cuisine has helped BHWB become the place to go for a phenomenal dining experience, whether you are a local or just visiting historic Brooklyn Heights. This is not just through years of experience, but through his attention to detail and passion for food as well.
Chris moved to Brooklyn from Florida with his fiancé and their family in June 2009. This was after visiting the previous autumn with his fiancé and falling in love with the City. When not at the Wine Bar, Chris spends his time with his family exploring New York and experiencing it's amazing history and food.
